Established in 2012, the EquiSol Healing Center stands as a sanctuary, providing a safe and sacred space for rescued animals to thrive eternally while concurrently offering women a refuge for spiritual healing. This unique haven not only serves as a rehabilitation center for the rescued animals but also acknowledges their vital role in reciprocating gratitude to women seeking their own path to healing. Grounded in principles of respect for the land, the center pays homage to the ancient inhabitants of the region and embraces the profound concept of Mitakuye Oyasin, honoring everything as a relative. EquiSol stands as a testament to the interconnectedness of all living beings, fostering a harmonious environment where both women and animals find solace and transformation.

Our Story
Sylvia Chavez Sitters, driven by a childhood dream, manifested her vision in 2011 when her family acquired 13.25 acres of land in Comfort, Texas, nestled in the picturesque Texas Hill Country. Since she was a little girl, Sylvia harbored the dream of creating a haven where animals could find healing and share their spiritual gifts with humans. The fruition of her dream materialized in the establishment of the Center, which not only serves as a refuge for animals but also facilitates community drum circles, sound bowl healing, private sessions with the animals, and innovative team-building opportunities for businesses. Sylvia's lifelong aspiration has transformed into a reality, fostering a space where the harmonious connection between humans and animals unfolds through healing, spiritual exploration, and collaborative experiences.
